Ask Magic

Magic is Dreamsquare's built-in assistant — always ready to help you find answers, troubleshoot issues, and discover new stories.

What Magic can do

• Answer questions — Ask about your account, subscription, or how any feature works.
• Troubleshoot — Describe an issue and Magic will walk you through the solution or escalate to our support team.
• Recommend stories — Tell Magic what you're in the mood for and get personalised suggestions across books, audiobooks, and cinematic episodes.
• Navigate the app — Ask Magic to take you to a specific setting, page, or feature.

How to start a conversation

• In the app — Tap the Ask Magic button (sparkle icon) in the bottom navigation or on any Help Centre page.
• On the web — Click the Ask Magic chat widget in the bottom right corner of any page on dreamsquare.com.

Tips for the best experience

• Be specific — "How do I change my subtitle language?" works better than "help with subtitles."
• Magic remembers context within a conversation, so you can ask follow-up questions naturally.
• If Magic can't resolve your issue, it will offer to connect you with our human support team.

Privacy

Your conversations with Magic are used to help you in the moment and to improve the service. They are not shared with third parties. You can delete your conversation history in Profile Settings > Privacy > Ask Magic History.
