  • Platform availability (web, mobile apps, TV apps).
  • Streaming and playback status.
  • Library and sync services.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows.

Current known issues

We maintain a list of known bugs and issues we're actively working on at our status page. If your problem is listed, we're already on it — no need to contact support.

Reporting a new issue

If you've encountered something that isn't listed as a known issue:
