Redeeming a Code

Received a Dreamsquare gift card or promo code? Here's how to put it to use.

How to redeem

1. Sign in to your Dreamsquare account.
2. Go to Profile Settings > Subscription.
3. Tap Redeem Code.
4. Enter your code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive).
5. Tap Apply. Your account balance or subscription will be updated immediately.

Gift cards

Gift cards add credit to your account balance. This balance is applied automatically to your next subscription payment or Moon Coins purchase. You can check your remaining balance in Profile Settings > Subscription > Account Balance.

Promo codes

Promo codes may offer a free trial period, a discount on your subscription, or bonus Moon Coins. The specific benefit will be shown before you confirm the redemption.

Trouble with a code?

• "Code invalid" — Double-check for typos. Codes are case-sensitive and may contain both letters and numbers.
• "Code already redeemed" — Each code can only be used once. Contact support if you believe this is an error.
• "Code expired" — Some promotional codes have an expiration date. Check the terms that came with your code.
