Found something that doesn't work right, or have an idea that would make Dreamsquare even better? We'd love to hear it.

Reporting a bug

The more detail you can share, the faster we can fix it. When reporting a bug, include:

  • What happened — Describe the problem in a sentence or two.
  • What you expected — What should have happened instead?
  • Steps to reproduce — How can we trigger the same issue? (e.g., "Open book X, tap download, screen goes black.")
  • Device and app version — Found in Profile Settings > About.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings — A picture says a thousand words.

How to report

  • In the app — Go to Profile Settings > Help & Feedback > Report a Bug.
  • By email — Send your report to [email protected] with the subject line "Bug report."
  • Via Ask Magic — Describe the issue in a chat with Magic and it will log the report for you.

Sharing feedback and feature requests

Have an idea for a new feature or an improvement? Use the same channels above — just choose Share Feedback instead of Report a Bug in the app, or use the subject line "Feature request" in your email.
