Copyright Notices

Dreamsquare respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, we take that seriously.

How to file a notice

Send a written notification to [email protected] that includes:

1. Your contact information — Full name, email address, and phone number.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the work you claim is being infringed, or a link to it.
3. Identification of the infringing content — The title, URL, or other identifier of the Dreamsquare content you believe infringes your work.
4. A statement of good faith — A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement of accuracy — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your signature — A physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Our legal team reviews every notice. If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content and notify the relevant party. We aim to respond to all notices within 5 business days.

Counter-notifications

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address with the required information under applicable law.
