Reporting Content Issues
Spotted a problem with an episode, audiobook, or book? Missing subtitles, audio out of sync, wrong cover art — we want to know.
What you can report
- Audio and video out of sync.
- Missing, incorrect, or poorly timed subtitles.
- Wrong audio language or subtitle language.
- Incorrect metadata (wrong title, author, description, cover art).
- Content that cuts off unexpectedly or has corrupt sections.
- Typos or formatting issues in a book.
How to report
- Open the title with the issue.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on the title's detail page.
- Select Report a Problem.
- Choose the issue type from the list and add any additional detail.
- Tap Submit.
Alternatively, email [email protected] with the title name, the issue, and a timestamp or page reference if applicable.
What happens next
Our content team reviews reports and prioritises fixes. For critical issues (episode won't play, audiobook missing chapters), we aim to resolve within 48 hours. For cosmetic issues (typos, minor subtitle timing), fixes are bundled into regular content updates.
You won't receive an individual response for content reports, but every report is reviewed.
