We want every dreamer to be satisfied. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work.
Subscription refunds
Subscription refunds can be processed instantly through Magic, our chat assistant. Just click the chat bubble on the website, tell Magic you'd like a refund, and it will be taken care of right away — no waiting required.
You're eligible for a subscription refund if you request it within 14 days of being charged and haven't used the service extensively during that period.
Moon Coin purchases
Moon Coin purchases are non-refundable. When you buy Moon Coins, you waive your withdrawal right at the point of purchase, so they cannot be returned.

How to request a refund
- Fastest way: Open the chat bubble on any page and tell Magic you'd like a refund. If you're logged in, your subscription refund can be processed automatically.
- By email: For complex cases or if you're unable to use the chat, send an email to [email protected] with your account email, the charge date, and a brief explanation. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Billed through the App Store or Google Play?
If you subscribed or made a purchase through Apple or Google, you'll need to request a refund directly from them:
- Apple — Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google — Visit Google Play refund support.
