Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Don't share your password, and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. One person per profile — account sharing beyond your household (on Family plans) is not permitted.
Your subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change, but we'll always notify you in advance and give you the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Content and access
Your subscription gives you a licence to access Dreamsquare content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or publicly display content outside the Dreamsquare app. Content availability may change based on licensing agreements.
Moon Coins
Moon Coins are a digital currency valid only within Dreamsquare. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for real currency.
Our responsibilities
We work hard to keep Dreamsquare available, secure, and full of great stories. We can't guarantee 100% uptime, but we aim for it. If we fall short, we'll communicate openly.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or community guidelines. You can delete your account at any time via Profile Settings or by contacting support.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes are communicated via email or in-app notification, with reasonable notice before they take effect.
