How to update the Dreamsquare app

Updating the App

Running the latest version of Dreamsquare ensures you have the newest features, performance improvements, and bug fixes.

On iOS

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Scroll down to see pending updates.
4. If Dreamsquare appears, tap Update.

To enable automatic updates: Settings > App Store > toggle App Updates on.

On Android

1. Open Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon > Manage apps & device.
3. If Dreamsquare has an update available, tap Update.

To enable automatic updates: find Dreamsquare in your app list, tap the three-dot menu, and enable Auto-update.

On Smart TVs and streaming devices

• Apple TV — Go to Settings > Apps > toggle Automatically Update Apps.
• Amazon Fire TV — Go to Settings > Applications > Appstore > Automatic Updates.
• Samsung Smart TV — Go to Settings > Support > Software Update > Auto Update.
• Android TV — Go to Google Play Store > Settings > Auto-update apps.

How to check your current version

Open the Dreamsquare app and go to Profile Settings > About. Your app version and build number are listed there.

Why update?

Some issues reported to support are already resolved in the latest version. Before troubleshooting, check if an update is available — it might fix the problem immediately.
